Sponsorship for Community Events

Having a big event in Michigan?

Great News! There are now sponsorship opportunities available with our magazine. After creating 6 festivals last year, we fully understand that it takes a lot of energy, advertising and funds to get the word out… so we have added sponsorship opportunities to aide you in having a successful event.

Sponsorship includes:

1. 50% off on any ad ½ page or larger
2. Featured Event on our website
3. Featured Event in our newsletter

Information required:

1. Full information about yourself, the event organizers, the event, and any other co-sponsors
2. Full information about your organization and non-profit status if applicable
3. Your reason for seeking sponsorship

All this information must be included in your inquiry in order to be considered.

Agreement required:

The Body Mind Spirit Guide requires the following for full sponsorship.

1. Our logo on all advertisements for the event including (ads, programs & flyers)

2. Our link on your website listing us as a sponsor

3. A prominent location at the event to distribute our publication (rack or tabletop)

Suggestion for Events:

1. Give support to a Michigan Charity (either as a part of the event or from the proceeds)

2. Advertise in a minimum of 3 locations

3. Start your advertising 2 to 3 months in advance of your event

We will consider everyone who applies for sponsorship, however since we won’t be able to sponsor every event, we reserve the right to provide or decline sponsorship at our discretion and without explanation.
